CURSO DE ORIENTATION AL JET (JOC)

Transition from the basic commercial training environment (piston engine aircraft) to jet airline operations easily. Jet orientation course develops pilot’s handling skills and spatial awareness within the jet environment. For many airlines the completion of a JOC is a mandatory prerequisite to the pilot selection process

Entry requirements

  • At least 70 hours as pilot-in-command of airplanes;
  • Valid multi-engine instrument rating;
  • Certificate of Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) Course completion;
  • ATPL / CPL license or have received theoretical knowledge instruction in an approved course at an Approved Training Organisations (ATO) and have demonstrated knowledge appropriate to the privileges granted to the holder of an ATPL (A) (frozen ATPL) or CPL (JAR-FCL 1.285).

  • Systems familiarization
  • Optimum use of automation
  • General handling and IFR flying in the jet environment
  • Precision and Non-Precision approaches
  • Checklist and Briefings
  • Mutual work and task sharing in jet aircraft environment
  • Standard Operating Procedures
  • Cockpit Procedure Training
  • Comercial airline pilot duties

 FLIGHT PHASE (4 HOURS)

  • Pilot flying (PF)
  • Pilot Non-flying (PNF)
  • Briefing & De-briefing

Precio:

Airbus A320 simulator, FNPT-II MCC certified: 900 € (recommended 2 students per session).
